Are you refering to road noise or engine noise? I think the engine roar louder when pushed to higher rpm. If road noise, likely is caused by the tyres.

I have installed the E-Power System, with a little tunning, the engine seems quieter now.

You can try installing sound pads available in the market, like silent. It helps to reduce some noise. The basic package I done only reduce road noise slightly. According to the Silent expert, for Edix, more need to be done, like the internal firewall, floor pan, etc. Cost maybe around $1200 and takes 4 days.

I have installed the Superione T-555 after 1 month getting my car. Before I install, the FC is about 10km/l, after installing so many things, the FC now is about 10.5km/l. So I am not sure which one really works. But I guess it does help in one way or the other.

Wanted to do the D-900, but was told by the technician that it invloves cutting of fuel pipe and it might affect warranty, so did not do it. The D-900 is like Broque in-line.

For FC, mine is averaging 10.5km/l. So far, find that the car is good, versatile and serve my purpose of carrying people and shopping needs.

Bought the car from Vincar, but the price was high at that time around $78K. The car comes with reverse sensor and solar film.

As for performance, I would say acceptable pick up and power. But engine noise is on the slightly loud side. The noise may make you think that the car has no power. But once you get used to the noise and ramp it harder(3-4k rpm), the power will come. The noise is low at high speed cruising though.

For your info, it is the same engine as Honda Stream. If you want to know the engine performance, you may test drive the stream to have a feel of it.
