Strengths

Good build, feeling safe, the best seat among all

Weaknesses

no rain and light sensor ! No speed sensitivity steering. Reverse down mirror does not tilt towards you (ie, fix up/down only)

The Review

Was looking for a bigger car at around 200K. The S80 T4 is a very well build car, with the 2012 model, it has a refreshed interior with premium sound system and iPod support. The seat is one of the best and I must say that's one of the reason I am willing to trade off the auto light and rain sensor. Could have bought a T5 which is a 2.0T, but a 1.6 turbo is an amazing engine and very responsive at traffic junction. Noise level insulation could be better at low rev but once at highway you feel that you're isolated from the world - quiet, comfort, feel safe - that always has been Volvo strength. Overall I love the size of the car, love the Cat A COE I'm paying and love the road tax for such a big and comfortable car.
