Qualifying Period
The "Project C " starts on 23rd Mar 2007, 1200 hrs and ends on 31st May 2007, 2359 hrs.

The Organizer
PortalOne Pte. Ltd. (referred to as "ONESHIFT" or the "Organizer")

The Prizes
2 x JBL PRO POWER C508GTi 2-way 6 1/2" Component Speakers System (two front speakers, two tweaters with crossover).

Awarding of Prizes:

1. The Draw will be conducted at PortalOne Pte. Ltd's premises on 1st Jun 2007 at 12pm.
2. When the winner is drawn, an email and call will be made.
3. If the winner does not pick up the call or acknowledge (reply) within the email within 1 working day, another winner will be drawn from the Lucky Draw bag.
4. This process continues until a winner is found.

Contest Objective
Participants are encouraged to contribute in Oneshift's Forum, Blogs, Bulletins, Car Profiles, etc to earn a min of 200 contribution points to stand a chance to win the Prize. As long as you participate in any form of contributions, points will be given generously. The more you contribute, the more chances you have. Every 100 points after the initial 200 points, will give you an extra chance.

1. Eligibility for the Contest
1.1. To qualify for the Contest, users must be registered members of Oneshift.com (the Website).

1.2 The registered user must have a valid email address, contact number, full name in their user profiles before the time of the draw.

1.3. Entries will be declared by the authorized account holder of the email address submitted at the time of entry. "Authorized account holder" is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an email address by an Internet Access provider, on-line service provider, or other organization (e.g. business, educational institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted email address. All non-valid and incomplete contact details will be disqualified, at the discretion of the contest Organizer.

1.4. Employees of Oneshift and their affiliated and subsidiary companies, its advertising/promotion agencies or other firms involved in the design or conduct of this lucky draw, their sales representatives, distributors, retailers, and members of the households or immediate families are not eligible to participate.

1.5. False and/or deceptive actions or acts shall render entrants ineligible. eg. such as posting and deleting images to gain points, posting meaningless posts or reviews.


2. Announcement of Results
2.1 The draw will be held on the 1st Jun 2007 and the winner of the Draw will be notified via registered email during the draw itself.

2.2 The winner must acknowledge to the email within 1 working day otherwise ONESHIFT reserves the rights to select another winner.


3. Contest Winners
3.1. Only one chance per member for initial 100 points. Every 100 points after the initial 200 points, will give an extra chance.

3.2. Winners will be decided in a random draw conducted by ONESHIFT at PortalOne Pte. Ltd. and must furnish valid contact number, email address, full name and NRIC for collection of prizes.

3.3. The decisions made by ONESHIFT/or its appointed judges are final and binding in all manners and no appeals shall be entertained for any reasons whatsoever.


4. Collection of Prizes
4.1. All winners will be notified on the date, time and location of prize collection via email after the draw on 1st Jun 2007.

4.2. ONESHIFT will not be responsible for any lost, late, incomplete, illegible, damaged or misdirected entries, or for any human or technical errors, failures or malfunctions in the transmission or receipt of Internet entries. Winners may be required to sign and return an affidavit of eligibility, and liability and publicity release where permitted within 1 day of notification of winning the prize. In the event of non-compliance with the Terms & Conditions or if the winner cannot be contacted at the contact number registered in the Website, the prize will be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner, at the discretion of the judges and contest Organizer.

4.3. Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash. The Organizer reserves the right to replace any prize with another of equivalent value without notice. The Organizer accepts no responsibility for any variation in the prize values.

4.4. All ancillary costs, for example delivery charges, duties and other taxes are the sole responsibility of the Winners.

4.5. By accepting prizes, the winners agree that ONESHIFT,  and their subsidiary and affiliated companies and their respective advertising, promotion and distribution agencies, hosting media, affiliates, officers, directors, and employees shall have no liability of any kind arising from or in connection with the acceptance, possession or use of the prizes awarded herein and acknowledge that said parties are not in any manner responsible or liable for any warranty, representation, or guarantee, expressed or implied, in fact or law, relative to any prize including but not limited to its quality, mechanical condition or fitness for a particular purpose. Acceptance of a prize further constitutes permission to use winner's name and likeness for publicity and advertising purposes worldwide without limitation and without additional compensation (except where prohibited).

4.6. ONESHIFT shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including, without limitation, indirect or consequential loss), or for personal injury suffered or sustained, as a result of taking any of the prizes, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.


5. General
5.1. All entries become the property of ONESHIFT. By entering the lucky draw, the entrant irrevocably consents to the use of all information contained within the entry for marketing purposes by ONESHIFT. The entrant also irrevocably consents to information contained within the entry being made available to affiliates and authorized business partners of ONESHIFT, which may be outside Singapore.

5.2. The laws of the Republic of Singapore shall govern the terms and conditions of this Contest.

PortalOne Pte Ltd reserves the right to make any changes to the rules & regulations at any time without prior notification.

DISCLAIMER

1. All participants in ONESHIFT “Project C” from the 21st Mar 2007– 31st May 2007 (the "Contest") shall be registered members of ONESHIFT Website and shall comply with the terms and conditions of the Contest prescribed by Oneshift. (see Terms and Conditions)

2. All participants must comply with all of the terms of use, rules and regulations of Oneshift as well as all applicable laws and regulations. Any breach by a participant of any of such terms, rules and regulations and applicable law shall deem the participant disqualified and will result in the participant's entitlement to any prize being immediately forfeited.

3. Each participant represents and warrants that the personal information posted by the participant on ONESHIFT website is true and accurate. If any participant uses or misappropriates information of any third party or otherwise engages in any fraudulent conduct, Oneshift shall have the right to disqualify such participant's entry in the Contest.

4. Each participant, by entering the Contest, agrees to and accepts the rules and regulations of the Contest. In the event of any breach by a participant of the terms and conditions of this Contest, such participant and such participant's entry shall be disqualified. Oneshift reserves the right to initiate legal proceedings against any participant who takes any action or engages in any activities that may cause harm or damage to the Contest.

5. Oneshift retains the sole discretion in determining the winners of prizes. The interpretation by Oneshift of the terms and conditions of the Contest shall be final and binding.

6. Oneshift.com reserves the right to suspend, cancel or terminate the Contest, or to modify the terms and conditions set forth herein without prior notice.
   
   
7. In the event of any dispute, the decisions of Oneshift shall be final and binding. All terms of use, rules and regulations governing ONESHIFT Website shall be applicable.
