Audi Q7 3.0 TFSI Qu Tip Review

Yes I still think big SUVs are a bit pointless here.

But wait. Audi’s new Q7 might just be the one to change that.

It’s no less behemoth-y than the BMW X5 or Hyundai Santa Fe tested in recent memory and certainly no less plush than either of those two giants. In fact it might even be a bit better on the inside considering Audi has seriously upped their interior game over the last decade.

So what’s the big idea? Built off the new MLBevo platform that will form the literal backbone of the Volkswagen Group’s various large cars (think VW Touareg, Porsche Cayenne, Bentley Bentayga etc) and eventually also the new A4 set to hit our shores next year, the new Q7 is an early example of what the new chassis is going to be like.

And as you shall find out shortly, the future is exciting.

With this particular Audi, the Ingolstadt manufacturer has proven beyond doubt that it can make one hell of a road car that will take your extended family through swamplands and back in perfect comfort. All this thanks in no small part to the fitment of various bits of technological wizardry that ensure the car does just that.

Yazz is very professional. He advised me on when to sell the car and checked in with me later. His dealer, Sam, was awesome. An understanding and kind man. He went the extra mile and accommodated our timing.
