This is one tough crowd as all of them have decent handling, build quality and overall comfort. The Volvo of course scores top marks for passenger and driver safety. Especially with the very useful City Safety collision avoidance system that’s standard. However, the general comfort and off road ability of the Freelander left us wondering why it didn’t secure more reader votes than it did.
Ultimately, it came down to the Audi Q3 that secured the most votes out of the five entries. For our Editorial team, we gave top marks to the Q3 for its build quality as well as handling. It had the best handling among the five nominees without any compromises on comfort.
