Yes, a warp rotor or uneven wear on the rotor will cause vibrations during braking and this is probably due to a prolong wear of the previous brake pads, sudden expansions and contraction...

neutral I think most likely is water sipage.. it happened to my old car too...every time when it rained, the whole boot door is wet and it will burnt my rear signal light.

Try to check for leakage or earth ...

mj 16" Might be limited ... cos most 4 pots need 17" to clear.

Else, U check if u can use the Airtrack Turbo brake or the CS3 Ralliart Turbo one, cos I remember they using bigger brake set.
