ARF is 100% of OMV for cars registered with COEs obtained from March 2008 tender exercises and onwards.
Other Taxes and Fees
This includes the Goods and Service Tax (GST), Excise Duty which is 20% of OMV and Registation Fee (RF) of SGD140.
