The Review

I have tested the Accord 2.0 and Teana 2.0 prior to buying my Camry 2.0. Accord is powerful but the ride is stiff and a little noisy. Its cockpit is boring. Teana is totally under powered. Engine drag is very obvious. Worse of all, it has no cruise, not even volume comtrols on the steering wheel... Camry offers the most comfortable drive. Enine is responsive. The drive is very interesting and "high-tech", with the Cruise Control, Integrated DVD/GPS/Bluetooth/Reverse Camera/USB/iPod Audio System, Air-Ionising Aircon, Auto Light/Wiper, etc...

Strengths

Spacious and luxuriously quiet cabin. Low road noise. Worth the money.

Weaknesses

None so far.

The Review

I had never driven a 2 litre car. Driving this one, with it's luxurious interiors, strategically placed instrumentation, and a commendable sound system really makes me wonder why I had never consider a 2 litre car. The driving is so quiet and smooth. Saying the car is under-power is not a fair statement. I thought if you want to have a comfortable ride to work, this car is definitely did the job well. In fact, I felt it has more than enough power to bring you to your destination without any drag in our urbanised road system. It's a different story if you want to race with Mit EVO, Sabaru WRT or Nissan Skyline.

Strengths

Comfortable and very quiet, with many accessories. I previously drove the Toyota WISH. Drving the Camry is quite a different experience. I really love it and would recommend anyone to test drive it and enjoy a affordable executive car.

Weaknesses

FC about 10 km/l as compared to my WISH of 12.5 km/l both driving on 50/50 (Highway/urban). This is about 10 litres per 100km. This worked roughly about S$14 per 100km. Not bad, right for such a comforable car.
