COE prices remain stable after July’s second bidding exercise, with category A and B seeing a slight dip. LTA announced previously, that there will be 30-percent more passenger car COEs distributed during the July-September period, to make up for COEs not distributed during the “Circuit Breaker”. Automobile showrooms around the island are already operating, and have seen customers trickling back, although not to pre-Covid 19 numbers.
