COE prices have risen across the board after the first bidding exercise of August, with the larger passenger car - Category B seeing the biggest jump.
LTA announced previously, that there will be 30-percent more passenger car COEs distributed during the July-September period, to make up for COEs not distributed during the “Circuit Breaker”. Even with the additional certificates, prices are predicted to rise.
