OneShift EV Charging Credits Giveaway Terms & Conditions

OneShift Pte Ltd's ("OneShift") OneShift "EV Charging Credits Giveaway" campaign (the "Campaign") commences on 1 April 2025 and ends on 30 April 2025 (both dates inclusive) (the "Campaign Period"). By participating in the Campaign, you shall be deemed to have accepted and agreed to abide by these terms & conditions ("Terms & Conditions"). All capitalised terms not otherwise defined herein shall have the meaning ascribed to the same in our Terms of Service.

Eligibility

1.To participate in the Campaign and qualify as an eligible OneShift user (each, referred to as an "Eligible OneShift User" and collectively the "Eligible OneShift Users"), you must

• 1.1.reside in Singapore; and
• 1.2.complete the Campaign form (the "Campaign Form") located at OneShift.com; and:
• 1.3.provide all the required information to the satisfaction of OneShift.

2.OneShift will pick 4 winners of the Campaign (the "Winners") during the Campaign Period based on a random selection process.

3.Without limiting the generality of the above provision:

• 3.1OneShift reserves the right to draw a reserve Winner to substitute the Winner if (a) he is deemed uncontactable or does not respond to the winning notification within 7 days or (b) OneShift believes that the Eligible OneShift User has acted in violation of these Terms & Conditions; and
• 3.2the following persons shall not be eligible to participate in the Campaign: (a) directors or employees/staff of OneShift or any of Carousell Pte Ltd's holding company and/or subsidiaries (if any) during the Campaign Period and their immediate family members; (b) employees and staff of any advertising agency, promotion agencies and/or other persons involved (directly or indirectly) in organising, promoting and/or conducting the Campaign and their immediate family members.

4.Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained herein, OneShift has the discretion at any time and from time to time to determine the eligibility of any Eligible OneShift User, and shall not be obliged to give any reason whatsoever. OneShift shall not be obliged to disclose any matter relating to the Campaign and the results thereof to you.

Prizes

5.The Winners will be entitled to S$50 worth of EV charging credits each (the "Prize"). For the avoidance of doubt, OneShift will not cover any other expenses incurred from this Campaign and/or in relation to the collection of the Prizes.

6.The Winners will be notified by email within 7 days from the last day of the month, unless otherwise notified by OneShift ("Notification Date").

7.Identity verification must be provided by the Winners at the point of Prize collection. If OneShift is unable to properly verify the identity of the Winners, such Prize will be automatically forfeited without liability to the Eligible OneShift User and OneShift reserves the right to draw reserve Winners to substitute the Winners.

8.All Prizes under the Campaign are not replaceable, transferable or exchangeable. OneShift reserves the right to substitute or replace any Prizes issued under the Campaign with any other Prizes of similar value without prior notice, without liability to the Eligible OneShift User.

General

9.OneShift's determination of the Winner(s) shall be final, conclusive and binding. No correspondence or claims will be entertained.

10.OneShift is not responsible for and does not participate, operate and/or control the product and/or services offered by the third party (the "Vendor"). Such Vendor may have its own terms and conditions to which you must agree to before you may claim your Prizes. All policies and terms of such Vendor will apply to you while on any of their sites or physical premises. OneShift is not responsible for information provided to you by the Vendor. OneShift and the Vendor are independent contractors and neither party has authority to make any representations or commitments on behalf of the other. Any Vendor related terms and conditions are to be entered into or are entered into between you and the relevant Vendor and at your own risk. Any such terms and conditions are without warranties of any kind by OneShift.

11.OneShift shall not be liable in any way for any injury, loss, damage or expense arising out of or in connection with the Campaign or with the use of any Prize by the Winner or any person, however so arising, including without limitation, any loss, (including lost opportunities), arising from any late or non-notification, any technical hardware or software breakdown, malfunction or defects, failed delayed or incorrect transactions, lost or unavailable network connections or any notice that is lost or misdirected. Nothing in this agreement shall limit or exclude the liability of OneShift for: (a) death or personal injury; (b) fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; or (c) any liability that cannot otherwise be limited or excluded by applicable law.

12.By participating in this Campaign, you agree to release and hold OneShift harmless from any and all liability whatsoever for any injuries, losses, harm or damages of any kind to any person or property arising from or in connection with, either directly or indirectly:

• 12.1.the awarding, acceptance, receipt, possession, use or misuse of any Prizes awarded pursuant to this Campaign; and
• 12.2.the participation in the Campaign.

13.By participating in the Campaign, you will be deemed to have fully read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and any other requirements set out in any related promotional material and all amendments, additions, replacements, modifications as may be made from time to time by OneShift.

14.You consent, under the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 of Singapore, to the collection, use and disclosure of your personal data, as provided for this Campaign, by/to OneShift and such other third party as OneShift may reasonably consider necessary as follows:

• 14.1.for the purposes of processing your application under the Campaign and purchasing the Prizes (if applicable);
• 14.2.to announce the Winner(s); and
• 14.3.to contact and/or notify the relevant Eligible OneShift User of any updates regarding the Campaign and/or to collect/deliver the Prizes (via email); and each Eligible OneShift User confirms that they agree to be bound by the terms of the OneShift Privacy Policy.

15.You further agree that OneShift may collect, use and/or disclose your personal data to its partners/affiliates, and/or other third party service providers that OneShift may engage from time to time, for the purposes of:

• 15.1.sending you marketing and/or promotional materials on the latest products and services of OneShift or carefully selected third parties;
• 15.2.sending you occasional updates for special promotions, events and related activities organised or co-organised by OneShift.
• 15.3.to contact and/or notify the relevant Eligible OneShift User of any updates regarding the Campaign and/or to collect/deliver the Prizes (via email); and each Eligible OneShift User confirms that they agree to be bound by the terms of the OneShift Privacy Policy.
• OneShift will not disclose your personal data to third parties except as provided herein or in accordance with the OneShift Privacy Policy. Should you wish at any time to withdraw your consent for the collection, use and/or disclosure of your personal data, please send an email to dpo@thecarousell.com.

16.OneShift may, at any time at its sole discretion and without prior notice, vary, modify, delete or add to these Terms & Conditions (including the Campaign Period and the conduct of the Campaign) and may also suspend and/or terminate the Campaign or substitute the Prizes at any time without any notice or liability to any person.

17.In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms & Conditions and any brochures, marketing or promotional materials relating to the Campaign, these Terms & Conditions shall prevail.

18.If any part of the Terms & Conditions is found by a court of Singapore to be invalid, unlawful or unenforceable, then such part shall be subjected to amendment or deletion from the remainder of the Terms & Conditions, which shall continue to be valid and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law.

19.A person who is not an Eligible OneShift User may not enforce any of these Terms & Conditions under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act of Singapore and notwithstanding any term herein, the consent of any third party is not required for any variation (including any release or compromise of any liability) or termination of these Terms & Conditions.

20.These Terms & Conditions are subject to Singapore law and you hereby submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
