What we like:
pros
Steadfast handling and responsiveness of the car The fact that it runs on merely a 1.6 litre plant
pros
but yet producing the power of its 2 litre equivalent
What we dislike:
cons
It's hard to fault a car that delivers both economy and performance.

The 320i EfficientDynamics may not be enticing enough for the power-hungry driver behind the wheel, but it sure is commendable for the amount of effort and dedication put in by BMW for a “cleaner and greener” drive.

We see this car as a perfect solution for the average driver concerned about the annual taxes being washed down the drain for owning a higher capacity car. It does, despite its smaller engine size, feature quite a bit of what you could possibly get on the 320i – all at a lower tax cost and higher savings on efficiency.

But if you’re not one who would be concerned in the least about an additional $600 outlay annually in taxes, or live for the power and take-off from the oh-so-many traffic lights here, perhaps the 2-litre 320i with 184 horses might suit you better.
