The 2011 Formula Drift championship kicked off to a great start over the weekend, with the first leg of the series held here in Singapore. On 11th and 12th June, the F1 pits at Marina Bay were filled with spectacular sideways action as 44 competitors fought it out for the chance to stand on the podium. After two long days, the winners were crowned. Daigo was the champion, followed by Non and Ken respectively. Ken wasn't expecting a podium finish and was ecstatic at his win. Non was pleased at being able to compete with his motorsports idol, and losing to him was an honour. For Daigo, he came out here to win, not accepting anything less. And win he did.

Congratulations to Daigo, Non and Ken on their outstanding performance!
