Punters' guide
Prices of COEs have dropped after the last bidding round this week. Our guide here depict the models that have the biggest price slash after the price adjustments this week:

Ford's full-sized MPV makes for a great alternative to the likes of the Toyota Previa. It is spacious inside, handles well and doesn't look too bad but best of all, it is now $11,000 more affordable than before, giving it a real competitive edge in the large MPV class.

The Focus ST hasn't received as much recognition as the Golf GTI in the hot hatch class but those in the know will feel that there's always something desirable about fast Fords and the ST is no different. Can't afford that ultra desirable Focus RS? The ST is a more than capable alternative.

The compact hatchback from Mazda is not only one of the best handling cars in its class but looks good too. The 2 gets its power from a 1.5-litre engine that offers reasonable performance but the cabin is a tad small, especially when compared with a Jazz.
Forget about the Mk 2 Golf based A168, the A5 is Chery's best effort yet at a mid-sized saloon. The styling is rather nondescript but the A5 is superbly well equipped for its meager asking price - ABS, airbags, factory stereo and more.
This stylish French saloon has seen its price cut by as much as $10k this week. The big Citroen offers a comfortable and relaxing ride thanks to its Hydractive suspension. It is also well built for a French model.

In addition to the above-mentioned models, you can also look forward to more affordable prices for other models in the Ford, Chery, Citroen and Mazda line-ups.
