BMW 1-Series Gets Businesses' Nod

BMW's new 1-series is the 2012 Business Car of the Year, after the readers of BusinessCar magazine and www.businesscar.co.uk chose it as the new product that best serves their company and their drivers.

BMW had a successful awards, with the German premium brand also collecting the Manufacturer of the Year prize and the Green Model of the Year for the ultra-efficient 320d ED model, while there were sector wins for the 3-series, 7-series and X5, as well as the BMW-owned Mini hatchback.

The AA collected four awards including Service Supplier of the Year, and Jaguar, Audi, Range Rover, Ford and Fiat all took prizes.

The BusinessCar Awards are the only awards in the market that are solely decided by the readership, both online and in print. This makes them the most influential in the business car arena.
