Brand New Vehicles to feature in the upcoming Transformers 4
Transformers 4 will not only feature a new cast but also a new set of vehicles. According to director Michael Bay, there will be a 2014 Chevrolet Corvette Stingray and the Bugatti Veyron Grand Sport Vitesse which is said to be worth more than $2 million. Michael Bay also revealed a completely upgraded, custom-built and redesigned Optimus Prime from Western Star(which is a subsidiary of Daimler Trucks North America). Another upgrade is the famous Bumblebee which will be going retro as a highly modified 1967 Chevrolet Camaro SS.
The Chevrolet Corvette Stingray has Chevrolet's Synergy green paint, with unspecified wheels, body kit, graphics package and a large rear wing.
As for the Bugatti Veyron Grand Sport Vitesse, it packs a whopping 1,200hp and 1,106lb-ft of torque. The big-budget blockbuster is set to be released mid-next year worldwide. Expect to see the brilliant Autobots in action come next year. Check out our gallery for a closer look at the new vehicles.
