CarTimes Launches LINXYS Electric Vans
These commercial EVs are launched in partnership with Quantum EV and Wuling New Energy
CarTimes Group has unveiled two all-electric vans - the LINXYS G100R cargo van and the LINXYS G050 Piccolo Lifestyle minivan - marking its strategic entry into Singapore’s commercial EV market.
The LINXYS G100R is built for businesses, featuring 5.2m³ cargo space, a 1,120kg payload and up to 316km city range powered by a 41.9kWh CATL battery that fast-charges to 80% in 30 minutes. Designed for reliability and safety, it comes with Electronic Stability Control, a high-strength steel frame and UNECE collision safety certification. If SMEs choose this all-electric route, it should help them save an estimated S$19,399 annually in running costs.
The compact LINXYS Piccolo G50 is Singapore’s first fully electric kei-style mini van, purpose-built for city living and small businesses. It offers 2.5m³ cargo space, 350kg payload and a 4.4m turning radius. It comes with advanced features like Autonomous Emergency Braking (AEB), Lane Departure Warning (LDW) and Hill Start Assist. Powered by a 30kWh CATL battery with 30-minute fast charging, it delivers up to S$16,043 in yearly savings.
Both LINXYS models qualify for CVES Band A, granting a S$15,000 clean vehicle incentive valid until 31 March 2027. They are supported by CarTimes’ in-house aftersales network and come with a 5-year/200,000km warranty on the chassis and major components, plus an 8-year/500,000km EV battery warranty.
As the sole authorised dealer for LINXYS in Singapore, CarTimes, appointed by Quantum EV, the exclusive distributor, will support both businesses and individuals through integrated financing, warranty, and aftersales solutions. The partnership with Wuling New Energy, a subsidiary of Wuling Motors Holdings, ensures reliable, well-supported EVs backed by decades of manufacturing expertise.
Established in 2023, LINXYS specialises in new-energy commercial vehicles and produces up to 200,000 units annually. Its presence spans Asia, Europe, Japan, South Korea and Latin America.
This expansion also strengthens CarTimes’ collaboration with CARSOME Group, which acquired a majority stake in 2022. Together, these initiatives align with Singapore’s Green Plan 2030 and its push to achieve 60,000 EV charging points by 2030.
