Cat B and E COE Premiums Break Records Yet Again In Second Bidding Exercise of October 2023
Cat B COE breaches S$150k mark!
The latest premium for Category A cars, or those 1,600cc and below with horsepower not exceeding 130bhp closed at S$106,000, an increase of S$2,000 from the previous tender.
Premiums for large cars in Category B (above 1,600cc or 97kW) ended higher at S$150,001, an increase of S$3,999 from the previous result.
COEs for commercial vehicles, including goods vehicles and buses, decreased by S$1,110 to S$84,790.
In the motorcycle category, the premium experienced an increase of S$345, to S$11,201.
In the open category (Category E), which can be used for any type of vehicles but often end up being used for big cars, premiums increased by S$6,004, to S$158,004.
