Chinese Luxury Brand Hongqi Scheduled To Begin Operations In H1 2026

Eurokars Group is expanding its portfolio by becoming the official distributor of Hongqi, China’s oldest passenger car brand. Founded in 1958 by China FAW Group, Hongqi - meaning “Red Flag” - is a symbol of national pride, heritage and prestige. This partnership builds on Eurokars’ four decades of experience representing leading automotive brands.

To lead Hongqi’s debut in Singapore, Eurokars Group will roll out a diverse range of models across the Luxury, Premium, and Mainstream segments, offering more than EV options.

The initial stage will showcase Hongqi’s full-size luxury EV SUV, the E-HS9, along with recent models from Auto Shanghai 2025. The lineup also includes the premium mid-size SUV G117 and the family-oriented electric SUV E007 from the 2024 Beijing Auto Show.

Hongqi is scheduled to begin operations in Singapore in early 2026, featuring a dedicated showroom on Leng Kee Road. This partnership expands Eurokars Group’s portfolio to 18 automotive brands and complements its in-house services, including pre-owned sales, body and paint, leasing and financial services.
