COE News: COE prices rise once again
COE prices rise across all passenger car categories after the end of the first bidding exercise ended this evening.

The price sensitive Cat A COE premiums saw the biggest increase in price. Prices rose by roughly 14 percent over the last round to end at $33,089. Cat B COEs (for larger cars 1600cc and above) wasn't spared either - it closed at $44,129. This might be a relatively small increase over the last round but but it brings Cat B prices closer to the $45,501 peak this year. Correspondingly, Open Cat prices rise a tad to closely match Cat B prices - it ended up higher at $44,001.
