COE News: Premiums fall by average of $3,000
Things look like they are cooling down for COE prices.

In the first round of bidding For May that ended today, Cat A COE premiums fell to $26,102, down $3,898 over the last round a fortnight ago. Cat B COE prices fell to below the $40k mark to end at $38,000, a drop of just over $2,000.
The biggest drop was seen in the Open Cat - prices dropped $4,001 to closed at $39,002.This news ought to send eager buyers right back into the showrooms this weekend.
