COE News: Prices fall across the board
COE prices have fallen slightly after the end of September's second bidding exercise that ended today.

Cat A COE prices fell by nearly ten percent to end up at $30,001.The drop in prices for Cat B COEs were significantly less in comparison, falling to $42,501 from $44,129 a fortnight ago. The fall was even less in the Open Category, with prices falling by only $711 to end at $43,290.
