COE Premiums Closed Higher In All Categories In Second Bidding Exercise Of February 2023

Certificate of Entitlement (COE) premiums closed higher in all 5 categories in the second bidding exercise of February 2023 (22 February).

The latest premium for Category A cars, or those 1,600cc and below with horsepower not exceeding 130bhp closed at S$86,556, an increase of S$556 from the previous tender.

Premiums for large cars in Category B (above 1,600cc or 97kW) ended higher at S$115,001, an increase of S$9,477 from the previous result.

COEs for commercial vehicles, including goods vehicles and buses, increased by S$2,671 to S$87,790.

In the motorcycle category, premiums went up by S$587, to S$12,189.

In the open category (Category E), which can be used for any type of vehicles but often end up being used for big cars, premiums increased by S$12,999, to S$118,001.
