COE Premiums Closed Mixed In Second Bidding Exercise Of 2023

Certificate of Entitlement (COE) premiums closed mixed in the second bidding exercise of 2023 (18 January).

The latest premium for Category A cars, or those 1,600cc and below with horsepower not exceeding 130bhp closed at S$86,000, an increase of S$6,000.

Premiums for large cars in Category B (above 1,600cc or 97kW) ended lower at S$105,459, an increase of S$3,457 from the previous tender.

COEs for commercial vehicles, including goods vehicles and buses, decreased by S$192 to S$77,109.

In the motorcycle category, premiums went up by S$211, to S$11,101.

In the open category (Category E), which can be used for any type of vehicles but often end up being used for big cars, premiums decreased by S$889, to S$107,000.
