COE Premiums End Mixed In Second Bidding Exercise of November 2023

Cat A premium takes a dip, while Cat B and E COEs climb to S$135k per pop.

The latest premium for Category A cars, or those 1,600cc and below with horsepower not exceeding 130bhp closed at S$85,001, a decrease of S$10,688 from the previous tender.

Premiums for large cars in Category B (above 1,600cc or 97kW) ended higher at S$135,336, an increase of S$25,335 from the previous result.

COEs for commercial vehicles, including goods vehicles and buses, decreased by S$4,112 to S$73,889.

In the motorcycle category, the premium experienced a decrease of S$888, to S$10,001.

In the open category (Category E), which can be used for any type of vehicles but often end up being used for big cars, premiums increased by S$9,991, to S$135,002.
