COE Premiums Increase Across All 5 Categories Again In Second Bidding Exercise Of June 2022

Certificate of Entitlement (COE) premiums closed higher in all 5 categories once again in the latest bidding exercise on Wednesday (22 June).

The latest premium for Category A cars, or those 1,600cc and below with horsepower not exceeding 130bhp closed at S$74,989, an increase of S$1,188.

Premiums for large cars in Category B (above 1,600cc or 97kW) ended higher at S$106,001, an increase of S$5,317 from the previous tender.

COEs for commercial vehicles, including goods vehicles and buses, increased by S$9 to S$53,011.

In the motorcycle category, premiums went up by S$302, to S$10,302.

In the open category (Category E), which can be used for any type of vehicles but often end up being used for big cars, premiums increased by S$3,703, to S$104,400.
