COE Prices Down Again! Category A COEs With The Largest Dip, Down By $9K!
Certificates of Entitlements (COEs) for July’s second bidding exercise ended lower with Category ‘A’ COEs having the largest drop. This month saw 4,430 successful bids received during the month’s first bidding exercise for COEs.
Quota of 1,626 @ $25,000, down from $34,110,
Quota of 1,288 @ $31,000, down from $33,900,
Quota of 313 @ $31,902, down from $32,001,
Quota of 612 @ $6,514, down from $6,889,
Quota of 591 @ $31,001, down from $34,400,
Bids can be submitted through the Automated Teller Machines (ATMs) of DBS/POSB and the Internet Banking facilities of UOB or Maybank, do ensure that you have bank accounts with these participating banks.
The bid deposit for COEs in Categories A, B, C and E is $10,000 per bid while that for Category D is $200 per bid.
