COEs rise slightly in Oct Round 2
COEs rose by about $1,000 in each category for the second round of October's bidding exercise.

Small car COEs rose by $1,300 to $57,301.
Category B certificates went up slightly more, just under $1,700 to close at $59,889.
Open category COEs are up $1,199 to exactly $60,000.
These recent results have shown a fairly stable supply and demand in the current market for new cars considering premiums have been hovering near the $60,000 mark across all categories with only minor fluctuations each bid.
