COE prices are down, with Category A closing slightly higher than COEs in Category B. We do believe that the COE prices will remain stable for the next few rounds, with minor adjustments. This month saw 4,301 successful bids received during the month’s second bidding exercise for Certificates of Entitlement (COEs).
