Volkswagen Group Singapore (VGS) is enhancing its customer experience with a series of updates across its showroom and aftersales spaces, aimed at both new visitors and existing customers.

A key highlight is the refreshed Aftersales Lounge, which now includes a contemporary café developed in partnership with Tablescape Restaurant and Bar from Park Hotel Group. Bringing its modern European cuisine and hospitality standards into the showroom, Tablescape offers a curated menu for customers of Volkswagen, Škoda and CUPRA. The café serves freshly baked pastries, savoury items, desserts, coffee, juices and other beverages, and is open throughout the day on weekdays and Saturday mornings.

Showroom environments have also been updated, with VW introducing new lounge areas designed for customer consultations and vehicle configuration. These spaces offer a refreshed yet familiar setting that supports interaction between visitors and sales teams. Škoda and CUPRA showrooms have similarly received subtle design enhancements.

Beyond the café, VGS has completed an update of its Aftersales Lounge and customer areas. The refreshed spaces include updated consultation areas, a new merchandise section and dedicated workspaces equipped with connectivity, wireless charging and power points. These improvements are intended to support customers who wish to relax or work while their vehicles are being serviced.

Alongside the physical upgrades, VGS continues to offer comprehensive ownership coverage programmes. EV customers receive up to 10 years of battery warranty, eight years of free servicing and roadside assistance and a five-year vehicle warranty. Non-EV owners are supported with up to five years of vehicle warranty and roadside assistance, as well as three years of free servicing.
