Esso Synergy Race Off with Jenson Button
With the Grand Prix race weekend just around the corner, ExxonMobil Asia Pacific Pte Ltd brought the excitement of the track close to some fans at the Esso Synergy Race Off finale held yesterday, with a special appearance by race car driver Jenson Button.
The event caps the Esso Synergy Race Off that took place over 5 – 6, and 12 – 13 September. Participants across Singapore were given the opportunity to clock their fastest times on a Grand Prix simulator. The 10 fastest participants from across the two weekends were invited to race against one another, for a chance to race against Jenson Button.
Speaking at the event, Mr Neo Kim Teck, Asia Pacific Retail Sales Director, ExxonMobil Asia Pacific Pte Ltd, said, “Esso is glad to add to the F1 buzz in Singapore through the Synergy Race Off event with Jenson Button. It was a good way to engage with young Singaporeans and contribute to the community.”
