F1: Schumacher fails to respond to treatment

It has been two weeks since 7 time F1 world champion Michael Schumacher was placed in a medically induced coma after his skiing accident in the French Alps. The hospital in Grenoble that he has been warded in, has failed to provide an update about the former driver in the past week, with some fearing for the worst, although the last time they did give an update, he was listed as ‘stable but not critical’. According  to doctors, Schumacher isn’t responding to medical treatment, and they wouldn’t wake him up unless he makes significant progress. However, that it in itself can cause some issues; according to medical experts, prolonged artificial comas cause significant health challenges. We could only hope for the best and wish Schumacher will make a speedy recovery.Pictures used for illustration purposes only.
