Ferrari driver Kimi Raikkonen makes an appearance in the heart of the city centre
UPS and Scuderia Ferrari jointly organised an unveiling of a Formula One experience booth in the heart of the city.
Making an appearance and unveiling the UPS City Centre Race Experience was Scuderia Ferrari driver Kimi Raikkonen. Fans were treated to a live appearance of the popular F1 driver, and winners from the ‘Spot the UPS Truck’ contest got to meet and greet Kimi in person. They were also fortunate enough to get Ferrari merchandise autographed live by the former World Champion during the event.
Fans can enter the pop-up booth at Raffles City outside Robinson's department store all race weekend long to see Ferrari's achievements in F1 as well as a life-size Ferrari race car. Race simulators are also available for everyone to get a taste of what it's like to get behind the wheel of a Formula One car, without actually having to go on track.
