GER: DB11 Prototype spotted testing

Aston Martin recently announced that they will be refreshing their entire line-up of cars for the near future. It seems as though the British automaker is staying true to its claims, and is currently in the midst of developing the replacement to its highly-successful DB9. The heavily camouflaged car, rumoured to be the DB11, has been spotted testing on and around the Nürburgring. The line-up refresh will be more than just skin deep; all new platforms and a new Mercedes-sourced engine will be added to the options list. That said, the new Mercedes powerplant is not set to replace Aston’s own 6.0 litre V12, but instead, be offered alongside it. Whilst Aston have been testing their new platform and engine combo for a while now, all of the previous prototypes have been clad in bodywork hastily borrowed from existing models. This prototype though, seems to have an all new body, which should be close to the production DB11. The final car will have hues of the DB10 as featured in Spectre, as well as elements from the Vulcan, One-77 and hints from existing cars. From the little that we can see, this is set to be a decent looking replacement to the soon-to-be outgoing DB9! Pictures used for illustration purposes only.
