Hyundai Motor Company has secured 21 awards at the iF Design Award 2026, marking an improvement on its 2025 performance and underscoring its growing design credentials across multiple disciplines. The wins span eight categories, including Automobiles/Vehicles, Product Design and Branding & Communication Design.

In the Product Design category, Hyundai was recognised for key models such as the IONIQ 6 N, the Concept THREE compact EV and the MobED Urban Hopper and Golf variants of its robotic mobility platform.

The brand also performed strongly in Branding & Communication Design. ‘Night Fishing,’ a short film set at an EV charging station, received two awards, while the HMGICS CX Smart Farm in Singapore - an interactive, robotics-based farming concept - earned recognition in both communication design and user experience. Hyundai Motor Group’s software brand, Pleos, was also awarded in the same category.

Additional honours went to initiatives such as the AI-driven ‘Tree Correspondents’ campaign and ‘Na Oh,’ a Korean restaurant recognised for its interior design and accompanying concept book.

Beyond vehicles, Hyundai’s design strategy continues to extend into lifestyle-oriented products. Award-winning items include the EV Frunk Cooler Bag, Pixel Diffuser, MagSafe ID Card Case and H-Gardening Tools, reflecting the brand’s broader push to position itself as a design-led mobility and lifestyle company.
