Indonesia Clinches Country Title At Toyota GAZOO Racing Asia Esports GT Championship 2025
15 of Asia’s top sim drivers from Indonesia, Malaysia, the Philippines, Singapore and Thailand competed across three races in Gran Turismo 7.
The Toyota GAZOO Racing Asia Esports GT Championship 2025 wrapped up in Bangkok with an intense Asia Finals. Indonesia’s Andika Rama reclaimed the Asia Champion title, his second since 2023, and Indonesia also secured the Country Championship with 169 points ahead of Malaysia and Singapore.
The three races delivered the key moments of the weekend: a shock downpour at Suzuka that threw tyre strategy into chaos, an endurance-style Interlagos race where Malaysia’s early pitstop turned into a 17-second victory, and a close fight at Watkins Glen with Singapore’s Fadtris Isa chasing Andika to the line.
The finals highlighted sim racing’s fast rise as a strategy-heavy, high-pressure motorsport.
