Kah Motor comes out on top in Customer Satisfaction Index survey
The official distributor of Honda in Singapore, Kah Motor has emerged as the joint highest ranked motor trader with Toyota's Borneo Motors in Customer Satisfaction Index of Singapore (CSISG) 2009: First Three Quarters exercise conducted by the SMU.

Findings from CSISG 2009 found that, in essence, service excellence is about “making it easy for your customers to do business with you”, and thereby “making your customers smile”. Consequently, excellent service begets satisfied customers.
Other car dealers that feature in the top five include Nissan's Tan Chong Motor and Cycle & Carriage.
