Leadership Transition At Volkswagen Group Singapore
Renate Noessler appointed as Managing Director of VGS alongside Dr. Kurt Leitner.
Volkswagen Group Singapore (VGS) has announced a leadership change effective 1 June 2025, with Renate Noessler joining Dr. Kurt Leitner as Co-Managing Director. Together, they will oversee operations across four brands - Volkswagen, Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles, Škoda and CUPRA - while maintaining a strong focus on customer experience. Their responsibilities will also include managing Volkswagen Passenger Cars Malaysia and PHS Automotive Malaysia.
Renate Noessler brings extensive international automotive experience and strong expertise in the Singaporean and Malaysian markets to her new role. "I am honoured to continue working with our customers and partners in Singapore. With exciting new products from Volkswagen, Škoda and CUPRA, we are committed to delivering an elevated experience for our customers in the Lion City," she shared.
Denyu Bostandzhiev, Co-Managing Director of VGS since July 2023, will transition to a new leadership role with Porsche Holdings Salzburg in Bulgaria. This leadership change positions VGS for continued growth and reinforces its commitment to customers in Singapore and the region.
