The second round of this month’s Certificate Of Entitlement (COE) bidding is out. And results see a hike in all categories from Cat A through Cat E.
The second round of this month’s Certificate Of Entitlement (COE) bidding is out. And results see a hike in all categories from Cat A through Cat E.
For the second round of the COE bidding exercise in October, numbers in all categories are up. Cat A Prices are up by $5,823 (11.58%), Cat B by $12,289 (19.32%) and Cat E by $8,542 (13.13%). Similarly, Cat C Prices are up by $4,210 (12.83%) and Cat D by $13 (0.63%).
Categories A and B also are also at their peak in recent months.
Total quota for this round is 1,248 and this figure excludes goods vehicles (Cat C) and motorcycles (Cat D).
The final COE prices are as follows:
Cat A: $56,112
Cat B: $75,889
Cat C: $37,011
Cat D: $2,091
Cat E: $73,600
