The innovative concept of the showroom strives to reflect the brand values of Renault and Wearnes Automotive. “Our Company’s philosophy is to be at the forefront of innovative retail and ownership experience which we will further enhance with the “AIR” concept. From the interior and exterior façade, to impeccable service standards, this new showroom demonstrates Wearnes Automotive’s continuing efforts in offering a unique and holistic automotive experience to potential customers and owners alike,” said Mr Andre Roy, Managing Director of Wearnes Automotive.

The “AIR” concept will complement the “Wearnes Experience” which the Company has been diligently instilling in all of its automotive showrooms. The “Wearnes Experience” aims to build customer loyalty through delivering consistently high service standards together with modern service facilities which are constantly upgraded to offer customers ease of shopping and an enriching experience. The Company’s efforts have paid off as most customers have given positive feedback. Wearnes Automotive is also the first in Asia to be awarded the PER4 – the global Renault Excellence Plan for service quality in sales and after-sales.

In tandem with the new showroom, the Company plans to introduce an exciting range of new products this year, including the stylish All New Mégane Hatch, the award-winning All New Mégane Renault Sport, the feature-packed executive sedan All New Fluence and the class-leader in comfort and fuel efficiency, the All New Master.

The “AIR” concept also has its foundations rooted in environmental conservation which sets the stage when Wearnes Automotive launches Renault’s electric vehicles next year. Besides the furniture being in shades of green, the new showroom will have a dedicated electric vehicles information corner.

"Renault’s ambition to look further ahead and develop transport solutions for tomorrow is similar to Wearnes Automotive’s continuous effort to provide automobile solutions that started more than a century ago. This underlines the Company’s commitment to meet the needs of the people while being environmentally friendly at the same time,” said Mr Roy.
