Owners of OPC cars who has enjoyed the upfront rebate of $17,000 will just have to visit LTA's onemotoring website (http://www.onemotoring.com.sg) or any AXS station to pay for the $100 administrative fee and applicable road tax.

Those who has already converted from normal cars to OPC scheme can do the conversion over at onemotoring.com.sg but it requires owners to have access to the e-Services account. The other alternative is to visit LTA's office at 10 Sin Ming Drive. The secure log-in is to allow one-time payment of the pre-accumulated lump sum additional PARF rebate which will be used to offset the $100 administration fee.

If any drivers are keen to get into this scheme, they have to provide the necessary forms and supporting documents which can be downloaded from onemotoring website from 25 Jan 2010.

The instructions can be downloaded at http://www.lta.gov.sg/images/News%20Release%20More%20Perks%20for%20OPC%20-%20Annex%20A.pdf
