Mercedes-Benz Singapore has introduced the Mercedes-Benz Collectors Club, an exclusive and by-invitation-only community reserved for owners of the brand's most exclusive special editions. Club members will enjoy the privilege of being the inaugural recipients in Singapore for upcoming car launches and unique customisations from the brand.

To mark the launch event held at Mondrian Singapore Duxton, the brand introduced the Mercedes-AMG G 63 Singapore Edition, an exclusive creation designed for the inauguration of the Mercedes-Benz Collectors Club. Additionally, IWC Schaffhausen presented a customised version of the Big Pilot's Watch AMG G 63 (Ref. IW501201). This timepiece features a unique black rubber strap with a terracotta-coloured surface, complementing the one-of-one Mercedes-AMG G 63 Singapore Edition.

Members of the Mercedes-Benz Collectors Club were also among the first in the world to receive exclusive Mercedes-Benz digital collectibles created by the Mercedes-Benz NXT team. These digital collectibles aim to bring collectible experiences to the digital realm and connect with new customer groups. The Mercedes-Benz NXT Eternities collection, limited to 1,886 collectibles worldwide, was designed for top-tier customers by Mercedes-Benz Chief Design Officer Gorden Wagener and was showcased at the launch event.

How much does the Mercedes-AMG G 63 cost?

The price for this G 63 Singapore Edition 2023 Package is S$1,203,888 with COE. A “regular” G 63 costs close to a million bucks.

Why is the Mercedes-AMG G 63 so expensive?

By now you should have heard about the additional tier of ARF for luxury car buyers. But this is not a cheap car to begin with. Considering that this example is one-of-one puts the icing right on top of the cake. With the Mercedes-AMG G 63 Singapore Edition, it has created a one-off inspired by Singapore's heritage and the terracotta roofs of Keong Saik shophouses and five-foot walkways. The vehicle features a distinctive MANUFAKTUR copper orange magno paint and meticulous hand-finishing from Mercedes-Benz' MANUFAKTUR individualisation range. To further commemorate the launch, Mercedes-Benz collaborated with local artist Lee Xin Li to design a unique badge that will be placed at the car's rear bottom.

How do I join the Mercedes-Benz Collectors Club?

We’d guess that you’d already figured - it’s by invitation only and we’re making a calculated guess that you should at least have a couple of them (very special editions at the very least - those who drive AMGs, Maybachs and G wagons) in your garage to be in the shortlist.

IWC has to join this party…

To complement the special version of the Mercedes-AMG G 63, IWC Schaffhausen has equipped a Big Pilot's Watch AMG G 63 (Ref. IW501201) with a black rubber strap featuring a terracotta-hued texture. This colour draws its inspiration from the clay roof tiles commonly found on shophouses in Singapore. These clay tiles, renowned for their lightweight durability, effectively protect against rain and the scorching sun. Their classic terracotta shade has become a defining architectural element of this Southeast Asian city-state.

What is Mercedes-Benz NXT?

It serves as the company's dedicated digital space, designed to bring digital collectibles into existence while fostering connections and interactions with new customer segments. Mercedes-Benz NXT Eternities is the brand's second core collection. Singapore became the first market to host an event for Mercedes-Benz's top-tier customers that introduces this new collection. This collection consists of 1,886 uniquely numbered Mercedes-Benz NXT Eternities, each encased in spherical containers adorned with the logos of Mercedes-Benz, Mercedes-AMG and Mercedes-Maybach.
