Mitsubishi’s two new models arriving soon
Here it is, ladies and gentlemen, two new models from the Japanese car maker – one of which is the highly anticipated Lancer Evolution X. The “Galant Fortis” and the “Lancer Evolution X” are the latest from Mitsubishi and are expected to be released into Japanese markets this autumn. This is how the real deal will end up looking, and we’re happy to say that they’re not that far off from pre-production prototype designs.

The Galant Fortis, which is otherwise known in the American and other markets as the Lancer, will be called such in its home ground. The car has been developed with a high-rigidity platform and a 2.0-litre engine with an aluminium cylinder block. Although numbers have yet to be made known, Mitsubishi claims that it will have a high power output and excellent fuel consumption ratings.
The tenth generation of the legendary Evolution name will be badged with an “X” to denote its latest iteration. The new Evolution X will also feature Mitsubishi’s Super All Wheel Control, a 2.0-litre aluminium cylinder block and a 6-speed automated manual transmission.
