Mugen-ize Jazz!

Yes... Mugen Motorsport has once again Mugen-ize cars that are Honda. And this time, it is in the form of the newly launched 2008 Honda Jazz/Fit.

Engine tuner and parts manufacturer Mugen, which means 'without limits' in Japanese, was founded in 1973 by the son of Honda Motor Company's founder Soichiro Honda and remains closely associated with the car maker to this day.

There are two Mugen-styled Jazz/Fit. The first, the L/G Mugen (sky blue) Jazz/Fit essentially jazzes up the Jazz/Fit with a host of understated but sporty spoilers from a new front under spoiler and side spoilers to a rear under spoiler and rear wing.

The RS-styled Jazz/Fit (painted yellow in photos),sports a more slender 'sports grille' design. Stylish front fog lights are integrated into a redesigned lower air intake. A raised rear tailgate spoiler and elegantly-integrated angular chrome exhausts remoulds the rear end.

Both versions are available with sports suspension, a quick shifter, a sports exhaust system and new brake pads. Interior upgrades include the addition of sports pedals and assist meters.

It is quite the looker, this Jazz.
