Porsche Asia Pacific Appoints New CEO

From 1 May 2026, Ragnar Schulte will be appointed Chief Executive Officer of Porsche Asia Pacific Pte. Ltd. (PAP). He will succeed Hannes Ruoff, who has served as CEO since October 2022.

Schulte brings extensive international experience from within the Porsche organisation. His background spans brand development, experiential marketing and regional growth. Over the past decade, he has held several senior roles across Porsche AG and its global subsidiaries. Most recently, he was Director of Experiential Marketing at Porsche AG in Stuttgart, where he led global innovation projects and developed new brand experience platforms to engage new customer communities worldwide.

Earlier in his career, Schulte led Marketing for Porsche Cars Great Britain and oversaw the Porsche Experience Centre at Silverstone. He also held senior positions with Porsche Latin America, where he supported market development and strengthened collaboration with importer partners across South America.

Hannes Ruoff has led Porsche Asia Pacific since 2022. During his tenure, Porsche strengthened its presence across Southeast Asia and expanded its regional footprint. Key achievements include the launch of the first locally assembled Porsche Cayenne in Malaysia and the opening of Porsche Studio Singapore, which debuted alongside the world premiere of the Porsche Macan Electric. Ruoff also helped position Singapore as a regional Strategy and Innovation Hub, laying a strong foundation for future growth.
