Refreshed Summer Menu At Na Oh, Located In Singapore’s Only Car Factory
Fresh produce harvested daily from HMGICS’ on-site Smart Farm.

Na Oh, the Korean restaurant at Hyundai Motor Group Innovation Center Singapore (HMGICS), has introduced its refreshed 2025 summer menu - its second seasonal update since opening last June. Staying true to its roots, the new menu continues to highlight fresh produce from HMGICS’ Smart Farm and traditional Korean flavours.

Returning favourites include Samgyetang and Pyongyang-style Cold Noodles, alongside new additions: two appetisers, one main dish and a dessert.

Na Oh’s updated summer menu brings a fresh take on Korean cuisine with new dishes that highlight seasonal ingredients and traditional flavours. New appetisers include a crispy Mugunji and Pork Belly Jeon served with freshly picked Smart Farm greens, and Hwe Muchim, a bold, spicy salad featuring raw wild croaker and seaweed.
The main dish, Gamasot Albap with White Kimchi Jjigae, pairs roe-topped rice and spicy pollack with a delicate northern-style kimchi stew and a squash blossom shrimp pancake. The meal ends with Summer Melon Bingsu - a light, cooling shaved ice dessert made with cantaloupe and honeydew.

Na Oh’s menu, created by 3-Michelin-starred chef Corey Lee, is updated every quarter to highlight Korea’s seasonal ingredients and culinary traditions. It features house-fermented jang (soy sauce, doenjang, gochujang) and fresh produce grown at HMGICS’ Smart Farm.
