Round 1 of December’s COE Bidding Results
Round 1 of December’s Certificate of Entitlement (COE) bidding results is out and it bring along much reason to celebrate! Prices for all related categories fell while that of Category D prices went up by a negligible $13.

For the first round of the COE bidding exercise for this month, Categories A, B, C and E prices all fell from the previous round’s results. Cat A prices dropped by $2,495(4.76%), Cat B by $4,990(6.9%), Cat C by $180(1.53%) and Cat D by $1,549(2.08%).

Category D (motorcycle) COE prices went up by $13(0.69%) from last round’s $1,889.

The total quota for this round is 1,252 and this figure excludes goods vehicles (Cat C) and motorcycles (Cat D).
Final COE prices are as follows:
Cat A: 52,392
Cat B: 72,350
Cat C: 40,009
Cat D: 1,902
Cat E: 74,340
