SG: 2 killed in labour day crash

A white Volkswagen driven by Mr. Jamie Ho, 33, a director of Magazines Integrated, was involved in a crash which left him and a passenger dead, and with 3 other passengers injured. The accident, believed to be caused by damp roads, caused the car to crash into a guardrail and a tree, before ending up crushed and mangled at Marine Vista exit of ECP. The SCDF reached the scene minutes after a distress call was made at 7:34am. The paramedics on scene pronounced Mr. Ho and a 29-year old woman who was riding in the front dead at the scene. The passengers in the back, one of whom was pinned in the wreckage, all survived with minor injuries; those injured included a 24-year old woman, who suffered a hip fracture, a 26-year old woman, who suffered multiple injuries, a 25-year old man, who escaped with chest injuries, and a 29-year old woman suffered abrasions on her face and hands.
