SG: MINI announced as official car for Singapore Colour Run.
The Colour Run was first launched in the US in early 2012 to promote health and fitness. After seeing some success in the states, the event quickly spread to over 50 cities worldwide. Now though, the event has reached our shores and to mark the occasion, the MINI has been announced as the official car for the event. It is expected that some 16,000 participants will take part in the local version of the popular event that would be held on the 17th and 18th of August this year at Sentosa. The event will see volunteers hurling brightly coloured powder at the runners at every kilometre on the 5 km course.
Not only will the decorated MINI Stratford be there, there will also be a host of other liveried MINIS, which includes a MINI Coupe and a MINI Hatchback, all of which would be displayed.
