PIE (Tuas) Exit 16 to Lorong 6 Toa Payoh (Kim Keat Link)

1.00 am to 5.00 am

Motorists are advised to bypass the road closure and exit PIE at Exit 17 to Whitley Road and Thomson Road and turn left at the slip road after Thomson Flyover to PIE (Changi) and turn left at Exit 16A to Kim Keat Link and Lorong 6 Toa Payoh.

Tuas Flyover at Ayer Rajah Expressway (AYE)

11.00 pm to 05.00am

Motorists heading towards Tuas Checkpoint from City can use the slip road via AYE Exit 22 at Jalan Ahmad Ibrahim, followed by using the roundabout below Tuas Flyover to get back onto AYE.

Motorists heading towards City from Tuas Checkpoint can either:

Use the slip road via AYE Exit 22, and use the roundabout below Tuas Flyover to get back onto AYE, or

b. Use the slip road via AYE Exit 22, and turn left to PIE (Changi).

Keppel Viaduct (towards Tuas) from Maxwell Road (MCE Exit 1)

1.00am to 05.00am.

Route 1- Use Maxwell Road (Exit 1) to Shenton Way. Turn right to Keppel Road and use Keppel Flyover to AYE (Tuas).

Route 2 – Use Maxwell Road (Exit 1) to Shenton Way. Turn right to Keppel Road for Telok Blangah Road.

a) Keppel Viaduct (towards MCE) from AYE(Exit 2B)

b) Up ramp from Keppel Road to Keppel Viaduct (MCE) near Keppel Distripark

1.00am to 05.00am.

Use Exit 2B for Keppel Road to MCE

Use Keppel Road to MCE

Yio Chu Kang Road (Westbound) towards SLE(BKE)

1.00 am to 5.00 am

Motorists travelling from Yio Chu Kang (Westbound) towards SLE(BKE) are advised to travel along Yio Chu Kang Road, turn right into Lentor Avenue and turn left to SLE(BKE).

Yio Chu Kang Road (Eastbound) towards SLE(BKE)

1.00 am to 5.00 am

Motorists travelling from Yio Chu Kang (Eastbound) towards SLE(BKE) are advised to make a U-turn below Yio Chu Kang Flyover, turn right into Lentor Avenue and turn left to SLE(BKE).

KPE (TPE) [Exit 5] to Upper Paya Lebar Road

1.00am to 05.00am.

Use Exit 2B to PIE (Changi), and take Paya Lebar Road exit to Paya Lebar Road and Upper Paya Lebar Road. Or Use KPE (TPE) [Exit 6] to Bartley Road East and U-turn at junction of Airport Rd / Bartley Rd to continue on Airport Rd towards Eunos and Paya Lebar.

Airport Road to KPE (ECP)

1.00am to 05.00am.

Use Paya Lebar Road to enter PIE (Tuas), and take Exit 12 to KPE (ECP).

Do plan alternative routes should the road closures affect your travel plans.
